Mind exercise


MY MIND EXERCISE FOR TODAY

I was dreaming for awhile today as I was gazing into the sky. It was full of clouds. Big billowing white ones with a little grey on the bottom.Then as I was scanning the sky I noticed they were getting darker and greyer.I saw afar off what looked like a light grey see thru curtain, it was rain. I knew it wouldn’t be long before a storm would be happening.I turned from the window and went back to my desk. A few minutes later as I checked the weather It was bright sunshine, the storm had shifted away from me.

It made me think about life, how I can be feeling really good about how things are going, and then I notice small problems start to happen. I usually try to address them with conversation and mostly they fade away, but sometimes they turn into hurt full arguments. Keeping a positive attitude about my life is the key to a successful solution to most situations.
